Healthcare and Wellness

  • Healthcare coverage begins first of the month following or coinciding with hire date

Life and Disability Insurance

  • Company-paid basic life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) policies
      • Exempt employees receive two times their annual salary; up to $500,000
      • Non-exempt and hourly employees receive $50,000 in coverage
  • Company-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance plans
  • Company-paid long-term care (LTC) plan up to $1,500 coverage with the option for employee to purchase additional LTC coverage
  • Option to purchase additional life and AD&D insurance through supplemental policies

Retirement Plans

  • Contributions begin first of the month following 30 days of employment
  • 401k with pre-tax and post-tax contribution options
  • Receive up to 4% in company match
  • 100% vested on first day of enrollment

Time-off Programs

  • 160 hours (4 weeks) of paid time off per year with increasing hours as tenure increases
  • 24 hours of volunteer time off per year to volunteer at 501c3 organizations
  • Eight paid holidays and two floating holidays
  • Paid family leave
      • Up to two weeks of paid leave to care for a family member
      • Parental leave:
          • Birthing mothers automatically receive six weeks of paid leave for maternity leave; after a year of full-time employment, mothers receive an additional six weeks for a total of 12 weeks
          • Non-birthing parents receive up to 6 weeks of paid leave after a year of full-time employment
